On this 8 week Breathworks Mindfulness Meditation Course you will learn life-long skills to reduce stress and anxiety so you can find greater resilience and wellbeing. The course is for beginners and those who already have experience of meditation. It is a secular mindfulness approach that is practical and will give you accessible tools that you can apply right away. The course is specifically designed to be 8 weeks. Research studies have shown the effectiveness of mindfulness for mental health. This course aims to equip you with tools to better manage stress as well as how to simply live your life more fully.

I generally run an in-person 8 sessions over 8 weeks evidence-based Meditation Course in the Spring and Autumn months running from the beginning of March to the end of April and from the beginning of October to the end of November. These in-person courses are held in Lympne, or nearby area close to Hythe in Kent. Please contact me for more information.
