Any notes I take following our sessions are anonymised and kept as brief handwritten consultation summary notes on paper and stored carefully in my home office, in a locked filing cabinet. This information is used only as memory aide for case analysis purposes and will never be sold to or shared with anyone. Any notes will be kept for a period of _____ years and will then be destroyed by shredding. Your personal data is treated with the utmost respect.
- On occasion, I may email you or telephone you for the purposes of arranging appointments and informing you of other therapeutic services I may be offering.
