Customer Data that includes data relating to any purchases of goods and/or services such as your name, title, billing address, email address, phone number, contact details.  This data is processed to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions.  Lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and me and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.

User Data that includes data about how you use my website and any online services.  This data is processed in order to operate my website and ensure relevant content is provided to you, to ensure the security of my website.  My lawful ground for this processing is my legitimate interests which in this case is to enable me to properly administer my website and business.

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Email and website queries or telephone enquiries;
  • During initial assessment and contracting;

How do I use your data?

I collect your data so that I can:

  • Keep a record of and refer to that record of any work undertaken between us.   Any notes I take following our sessions are anonymised and kept as brief handwritten consultation summary notes on paper and stored carefully in my home office, in a locked filing cabinet.  This information is used only as memory aide for case analysis purposes and will never be sold to or shared with anyone. Any notes will be kept for a period of _____ years and will then be destroyed by shredding. Your personal data is treated with the utmost respect.
  • On occasion, I may email you or telephone you for the purposes of arranging appointments and informing you of other therapeutic services I may be offering.
